Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Egypt. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
  • Other governorates: 4–7 business days

You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across all Egyptian governorates. You can pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep — no online payment required.

Inspection Upon Receipt

You have the right to inspect your order upon delivery before making payment. If the product does not match your order or arrives damaged, you may refuse the delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Please check the following before accepting your order:

  • Product matches what you ordered (size, color, quantity)
  • Item is free from visible defects or damage
  • Packaging is intact and sealed

Exchange & Return Policy

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and the reason for the return or exchange
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Please note: Items that are damaged due to misuse, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
